In this study, we targeted expression of AHI1 in Hut78 cells using retroviralmediated RNA interference (RNAi). We found that suppression of AHI1 specifically inhibited AHI1 expression and then reduced the autocrine production of IL2, IL4 and tumor necrosis factoralpha (TNF) in transduced Hut78 cells. Stable inhibition of AHI1 in Hut78 cells further normalized its transforming activity in vitro and in vivo.It hard not to call this a disappointing season for both teams, as Arizona was supposed to fly high with Kevin Kolb at quarterback and Seattle was supposed to improve from the 79 record that won the NFC West last year.
